Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color or style, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us in its original condition, and for any price difference for the new item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable amount of time. Please note that shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. If your item was damaged during shipping, please provide photos of the damage and the packaging so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. If your item is lost during shipping and cannot be located by the carrier, we will either refund your purchase or send you a replacement item, depending on your preference.
